NO SAME DAY BOOKINGS
Lash Clients: You must have 40% of more lashes still intact when showing up for a fill appointment. If you show up to your fill appointment with less than 40% you will be asked to reschedule & be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Please see Attached Picture below to see what a 40% above or below will look like.
Salon Policies
If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, I will have to ask you to reschedule. This must be enforced as I have other clients scheduled and it will mess with timing
I do my absolute best with exceptional work to give you desired results. If for some reason you aren’t satisfied with your service, please say something before paying. Once payment is processed, there are NO refunds.
If you are for some reason unsatisfied after paying, please contact me immediately and schedule an appointment within 7 days of service to receive a correction appointment.
